There's tons to see and do off-site as well, including golf, hiking, biking, farm and cider tours. After the day's adventures, relax at home with happy hour on the private deck or just unwind in the living while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. You'll find all the major appliances and cookware needed for at-home meal planning, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Baseboard heating, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the home essentials. Additional perks include an assortment of yard games located in the hall closet. THINGS TO KNOW This home has a loft that is not accessible to guests. The fireplace in the living room is decorative only, and not available for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We followed the instructions to a T, but the codes did not work. There was a back up system with a Master lock in a nearby closet, but no combo for that was provided. We contacted Vacasa, and the rep gave us the Master lock box combo, but no key was in it! So the vacasa rep just gave us about a dozen different codes until he found one that worked! It was a very difficult beginning in the dark at 9:00 at night. Also, there were no checkout instructions provided. We didn’t know where to put the trash (left it out front for cleaning crew), I stripped the bed we slept in and out the used sheets and towels on top of the washer, ran the dishwasher but didn’t know what else to do!

I experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony- it would be hard to find a better view. Our overall stay was great and would definitely stay again.

Loved the condo’s location, view and layout. Things that we didn’t like 1) Oder was very strong of smoking and used perfumed air freshener coverup. We had to open doors and windows, 2) two knives in knife holder were not clean, 3) glass had lipstick 💄 on top of glass 4) coffeemaker did not work 5)wet kitchen towels and a pillowcase we’re found in clothes washer.

My husband and I and our youngest daughter home from Seattle University needed some time away from the bustle of normal life. It was a perfect week to reconnect and spend some fun family times watching the ships, picking shells in the beach, playing tennis together, and swimming in the pool/hot tub before another school year begins. Thanks for being amazing, affordable, and Awesome! We will refer to friends and family ~ and we WILL come again.

This is such a cute condo with everything you need for your vacation. The view of the Puget Sound is incredible. The pools and hot tubs were such a treat. They are huge, warm and not crowded. What a relaxing trip. Check in and out was a breeze and the kitchen/ linens/cleaning products were stocked to the max. I wouldn't change a thing!

Perfect for our family of two adults and three young kids. No stairs, amazing views, fully stocked kitchen, laundry for dirty beach clothes, and lovely amenities such as pool access. Not fancy or modern in any way but clean.
