Welcome to our island oasis! Our spacious townhome is located in a quiet gated community in the heart of the Mauna Lani resort area, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Enjoy gorgeous golf course views as you relax on the comfortable lanai, which overlooks the greens of Mauna Lani's North Course. With two primary suites, each with a king-sized bed, and a third en-suite bedroom with two twin beds, there is room to comfortably sleep six. Our partnership with Kona Coast Vacations means that you can rest assured that the condo will be supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and towels for your stay, and experienced on-island concierge service. Our kitchen has all the tools you need to make the most of Hawaii's local bounty. Take advantage of the built-in gas grill on the private lanai to enjoy dinner with the view. Walk (or take a very short drive) to the Shops at Mauna Lani or the Fairmont Orchid Hotel to enjoy a meal, take in local culture, or just relax and enjoy. Your stay at Villages 407 includes access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club (an easy five-minute drive), where you'll find cabanas and lounge chairs, as well as excellent snorkeling straight from the beach. Paddleboards, kayaks and other beach gear can be rented on-site, and you can enjoy a memorable sunset dinner or relaxing lunch at the Napua Restaurant on the Beach Club grounds. Take a picturesque stroll along the shore from the Beach Club to the famous Mauna Lani hotel. Along the way, you will pass beautifully preserved ancient Hawaiian fish ponds that showcase Hawaiian ingenuity and harmony with the natural world. Our fantastic location on the Kohala coast means that you're never far from world class beaches, spa facilities, shopping, golf, beautiful parks, local culture, and some of the best restaurants and farmer's markets on the island. Please note, security cameras with video and audio are installed in the garage and outside the front entry door. Minimum night varies seasonally, 4 - 10 nights. What a wonderful property and it was absolutely perfect for our family! This was our first big vacation since our oldest daughter was married and so having space and privacy was very important to us. The property is beautiful, the unit was very well equipped, quiet and so spacious. One of the things that impressed my wife and I was the quality of the furnishings. Some of the properties on other islands that we have spent time at are getting very worn. The proximity of Mauna Lani Villages to the shops made getting last minute food and dining decisions simple! We found that the concierge was always available and very helpful as well as the team in the office with questions. Not only will we book again through Kona Coast, we look forward to returning to the big island!

Great location, close to Beach Club with excellent beach for children and snorkelling for adults. Nice to be able to walk to local shopping and restaurants too. Central base of operations to tour the entire Island easily and conveniently.

2 couples and 2 kids (15 & 11) stayed for the week of November 9-16.
Communication with the owner/management group was seamless and responded to promptly. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was great, and all of the pots, pans, plates & amenities were awesome.
The location was great as there was a grocery store, coffee shop, juice bar, shops and an amazing restaurant, Tommy Bahamas, only steps away. The unit also included a pass to the beach club, which also had a great restaurant. When we were there, the beach club was being renovated, however that did not stop us from enjoying the beach. There were beach accessories in the garage that made beach time a lot of fun.
We would definitely stay again. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay in Hawaii this last week! The home was beautiful, and the photos on VRBO accurately represented what we found.
Our highlights were:
- The house was very clean, with the kitchen specifically being spotless
- The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make both light and more complex meals
- All of the furniture was very comfortable, and the décor was very nice
Our only small issues:
- The bedding and linens felt fairly cheap, and were thin
- We didn't realize that the property was so close to the grocery store / mini mall, which gave off a little truck noise in the morning, but this was a small issue
All in all, we had a wonderful time and the home is beautiful!

We had a lovely stay in Mauna Lani. This was our second vacation in Kona. Both times we stayed in this beautiful complex. The condo was wonderful and quiet. The only concern we had was that the beds didn’t have real comforters. They were thin like sheets. Each room came with an extra blanket, but it still wasn’t warm enough. We spoke to the property management company and asked for extra blankets. They didn’t get them to us for 2 1/2 days. It made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience this time around. Otherwise, everything was great.

As the listing mentioned there were no kitchen supplies in contrast to all other places we stayed in past. We also had sewage back up into shower which was fixed the next day but left shower unusable.

We had a great stay. We were travelling with our kids and my parents. This place had a great range of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. It was incredibly spacious and the kitchen was very well appointed. Walking distance to the grocery store, fun pool for the kids, and close to Mauna Lani Beach.
We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, and I was able to cook a full dinner. The house is absolutely lovely and extremely comfortable to stay in. My whole family had a great time.

The villa was top shelpf and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Th furniture was upscale and very beautiful decor. We really enjoyed the lanai as it had good space and seating for our group of 4. We really liked to open layout of the great room and kitchen. Very spacious. One of the better places we have rented in the area

We really enjoyed our stay here. The furnishings are very nice and clean modern. Very well stocked kitchen and laundry room. Only hiccup were some pesky hornets that kept coming in through the vents. But management was very responsive and hopefully they hired a professional pest control. Would definitely stay again.
