- Close to the beach, really great and strategic location to explore Nice
- The guy who checked us in was nice
- no cleaning during the entire stay (4 nights)
- some furniture were not in the best condition and a couple of light bulb lamps were not functioning properly

It was at a great location, the beach was really close and had everything that was necessary. The host was really nice and commutative.

Excellent place in Nice. 100m from beach.
Half a role of toilette is quite few for two persons. Especially when you find out the next morning that there is no second role anywhere.
There is a coffee machine but not one single tab. No good when you dont know the brand before your stay and you cant bring the right tabs. A pitty for the room-price. At least two tabs should be there. It‘s just 50cent, but it turns a smile on your face in the morning.
