The condo itself is absolutely incredible, it is spacious and clean, There are issues with appliances such as Ice maker, dryer, the fridge had a dent, and the door jamb needs to be replaced it is difficult to lock and open the Schlage hardware due to the damaged jamb.
The arrival was not pleasant, nor was the host when we told him the listing did not match. There is no lobby or check -in, this is all done at your car with the Security guard. Bella Sirena is under construction quite a bit, it is NOT a resort in comparison to Las Palomas - the amenities are not exceptional, there is no restaurant as listed, only a pool bar with a couple of fryers for food and the service is absolutely terrible and it is overpriced for the quality - go into town! The place is a bit desolate, which at first was striking but ended up being mostly peaceful, until the last night where there was no security on sight, the gate was opened and alarms continued to go off all night. The cost should be reevaluated as it is charging the same prices as a resort like Las Palomas but it is not providing the same value, the condo itself is great but it is being sold as a package.

Location, but master bath didn't seem to get enough hot water to take a decent shower.

Very clean and beautiful views! Condo was spacious and just as described. We did not have to strip beds or really do anything prior to leaving. Although, we did keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving.
We have stated in many resorts in the area! This was by far the best! One wish would have been warmer heated pools for this season.
