The location and the staff of reception
The bathroom has problems and the Botargo restaurant service veryy slow we had to wait for around 45 min for our food ,but finally after a long wait the food was delicious

The staff was exceptional, incredibly attentive and flexible. They were also very kind.
The rooms were quiet and spacious and I could even choose a different or better pillow to suit my needs.
The gym is a bit small and not very well equipped, especially when it comes to leg-focused machines. On the plus side, the large window brings in plenty of natural light.
The rooftop pool is also quite small, and there are only three sunbeds available.

It seems pretty new and very clean. Breakfast is pretty good and the staff are exceptional. The roof top bar is a pretty cool pace especially at night.
The bathroom was not very good at all. The toilet is between a wall and a glass partition which is like sitting in a vice, there is that little room.
Also MAJOR construction going on literally in the building next door so drilling was heard from fairly early on.
