An exceptional stay from start to finish! Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality. The team went above and beyond by arranging our airport transportation, ensuring a seamless and safe journey. The room was very comfortable, and as a traveler, I felt very safe and well taken care of throughout my entire visit. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel molt nou, net i amb llits molt còmodes i grans. Dutxa i wc molt bé. S'agraeix trobar un allotjament així a Bishkek després de dies dormint a yurtes. Esmorzar bastant bo. Personal molt amable i servicial amb tot el que necessites.
Situat a una bona zona, però allunyat del centre per anar caminant. Una mica car per ser que estem al Kyrguistan. L'esmorzar comença molt tard, a les 9 del matí.

We booked the biggest room with balcony, the room is in good size, shower is great, clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, modern rustic style a bit far from the center so very quiet which I liked.
When we entered the room we realized that the AC is not working, we asked the staff and she was trying to fix it but it didn’t work. The owner said they are solving the problem…there is no elevator so if you come with lots of luggage, be prepared.
In the morning, our eggs were waiting for us on the table and they were completely cold, when I told the kitchen lady that I don’t like to eat cold eggs, she became very angry and asked me to warm it in the microwave…she could easily cook the eggs again on a pan but refused to do it. We were only 3 people eating breakfast, why not to ask us what eggs we want to eat when we arrive to the dining area, at the end they had to throw 6 eggs…this incident makes me feels unhappy about the hotel…pity…

Clean hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice rooftop terrace. They even made a tasty breakfast to go for us.
A couple of sun beds on the rooftop terrace would be nice.
