Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Vicino al mare. Appartamento come nelle foto. Curato nei dettagli. Ben arredato e con simpatici accessori

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Dieser ist wunderbar. Auch Gastronomie in der Nähe (fußläufig erreichbar) und einkaufen auch fußläufig. Wohnung im großen und ganzen okay. Wirklich gut ist die Klimaanlage.
Badezimmer ist echt in die Jahre gekommen.
Richtig störend ist die Geruchsbelästigung auf dem Balkon durch einen Abfluss in die Kanalisation.
