The location was perfect; a 10-minute walk from where I had to be and very close to the city center. The Q-park Muzeparking underneath the hotel was very convenient; easy access to the hotel from within the parking. The staff was very friendly and did everything to make the stay just perfect. The room was really nice, well designed, comfy bed and nice bathroom with a proper shower. Very pet-friendly! Would certainly stay there again!

Location and staff for the most part.
Check out was at 12.00pm but house keeping were repeatedly knocking on the door from 9.30am onwards. We were leaving early as it happens but I found this frustrating as i explained I would be checking out at 10:00am but house keeping still proceeded to knock on the door and asked me to check out. If you want people out earlier then don't state that check out is 12.00pm.

Very nice building in the best spot of Den Haag. Close to everything important. Very nice staff, specially at reception and breakfast. Good breakfast. High ceilings and nice shower.
Please do avoid floor 8: the gym is at the 9th floor (whose idea was it???) and you wake up at 6:30 with a terrible banging on the ceiling, because some disrespectful gest has thrown the weights to the floor after some exercise. Or because someone is losing his soul running on the treadmill. Rooms try to be trendy and cool, but they simply are bare and uncomfortable, there is not a single shelf to organise your clothes. A pity, the hotel’s concept is nice, but badly executed. Yes, it was my first (and last) time at a Moxy.
