This was our stop between Betanzos and Ordes. The communication with the property beforsarrival was a bit sluggish and we didn't expect to find the reception closed at 3PM on a Monday. There was a bit of confusion regarding our luggage transfer which was placed in another cabin that was locked when we arrived ; we were tired after 11 miles of walk and having to go luggage hunting was not appreciated. The property is nice, clean and comfortable. The AC works like a champ and having a kitchen was great since the restaurant is closed on Mon and Tue. We went by taxi to a nearby market and prepared our dinner.Also the pool bar served decent burgers and sandwiches until 8PM.
We didn't like the lack of available staff. If you need help, there is nobody to ask.
Our breakfast was preordered, but it was very limited and lacked healthy choices like protein or fruit. Also, allocating only 1 small coffee pod per person is ridiculous. I suggest you make the pool bar available for breakfast when the restaurant is closed.

La cabaña es una preciosidad, limpia y decorada con mucho gusto. El entorno natural es muy bonito. Cocina completa.
Tuvimos una estancia de pena sin luz ni agua (agua hubo a partir de las diez de la noche) por una avería de toda la comarca. No pudimos cocinar ni calentar nada, nada eléctrico. En cuanto anocheció nos acostamos porque no veíamos nada. Desayuno frío a oscuras. Un desastre.
Tuvieron el detalle de regalarnos el desayuno, que sólo fue unos trozos de torta boba y pan con mantequilla y mermelada y zumo de brick (imposible hacer café, té...).
Mala experiencia y caro el lugar para lo vivido. Esperamos compensación del alojamiento y de Booking.

La ubicación está en un entorno muy bonito. El desayuno es correcto pero para el precio no es adecuado(sin leche ni productos que echamos en falta si vas a caminar).
Gracias al personal del restaurante pudimos hacer el checkin.
Desayuno incompleto. Pagas por un alojamiento exclusivo que no tiene servicios desde las 20h. Instalaciones accesibles para todos los habitantes del pueblo sin coste y con acceso por la noche de adolescentes del pueblo para usar el pantano y bañarse, sin privacidad ni seguridad en las instalaciones. Información errónea de los servicios del complejo sin saber si estaba cerrado o abierto el bar de la piscina para poder comer. Una pena que unas instalaciones en ese enclave estén tan descuidadas. Por supuesto no volvería a pagar el precio de la Cabaña por lo que ofrecen.
