Proximity to the Central Station, apartment coziness, host is very friendly and helpful, and the price is really good.
Nothing specific. The area is sketchy looking, but it's normal to feel like that around the central station in any big city. Nothing happened to us but it's a dirty area with the rats around.

La habitación es amplia, luminosa, cómoda y tiene nevera, perchero. Muy limpia así como las toallas y ropa de cama.
