Short and comfortable stay. Good for what we needed.

We only stayed at Neo Residence for a short time, mainly to shower and sleep, but the apartment was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. A good option for a short visit.

Good stay, with room for improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, and having a private underground parking space was a great advantage. I also appreciated the direct access from the parking area to the apartment via stairs. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a convenient stay, including a washing machine, refrigerator, and everything else required for a comfortable visit.

On the negative side, when I tried to use the air conditioning, I discovered that the remote control had no batteries. I contacted the property through their page and requested assistance, but unfortunately, nobody responded to my request. I only continued to receive automated messages through Booking. In addition, I noticed that the wardrobe and some of the other furniture were dusty and not properly cleaned. I had to clean the shelves myself before I could place my clothes in the wardrobe. Apart from these issues, my stay was generally pleasant.
