Excellent location, easy check in instructions, spotless clean, we enjoy our stay.
Little goes a long way: missing little but very important things. No cooking oil, no coffee, no salt, no paper towels. These are essentials that cost very little but cost worth a stellar review. First time I’m seeing an apartment where you have a kitchen. When people check in, they want a cup of coffee or tea and the need to run to a store right after you finally get “home” is not desirable.

Great place to stay in Oslo, very close to National Theatre train station, Royal Castle, Karl Johan street etc. The room had a modern design, and was spacious, even with the balcony, and quiet (there was a party in a nearby building, which could be heard in the room, but it finished at 23.00 sharp). Everything was spotless. Getting the key code and instruction was easy.
Typical in Norway that the bed is extremely soft, which is uncomfortable for me. Bathroom is small and the sink in the bathroom is tiny, and therefore a bit hard to use.

The location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient.
When we arrived, the room was very hot, and opening the top windows revealed a huge amount of accumulated dust. The bathroom had extremely poor-quality shampoo, insufficient towels for two nights, and no floor squeegee. The kitchen was poorly equipped with a barely usable, ruined frying pan, and there was no complimentary tea or coffee. Basic essentials were missing—not even a box of facial tissues was provided, forcing us to use toilet paper. The spacious living room felt bare without a rug or a coffee table. Combined with the very narrow single beds, the overall experience lacked basic comfort and attention to detail.
