The location
Washing machine available, so laundry was not a problem.
New building
Some issues cannot be resolved with the owner, as communication with the owner does not lead to solutions.
Difficult to figure out how to get the key from the locker; took a lot of time.
Very long check-in instructions about parking for a car in Jurmala, but other practical matters not explained, e.g., how to dispose of trash. Need to walk ~400 meters to find a trash bin, which is inconvenient for a long stay.
Could use more towels, dishes and other essentials.
