A great location for walking with the dog. Loftus is well served by shops with friendly staff. Saltburn and Staithes within easy reach. Hot tub was well received by my family. For birders like us it was perfect, barn owl and tawny owl quite local. We Friday we took the path via the stream to find Yellowhammers in the barley field hedges just as the sun was setting over the hills, Wonderful experience.
Bathroom needs a blind. At night it's easy to make out human form.
Front window would be helped by shutters that can be split to leave the upper pane open at night. An information book would be really helpful to have in the property for help or advice.
The above is not in any way criticising our stay.

Was a good location and the hot tub was lovely and hot when we arrived 👍
Could do with having some softer pillows, and mattress a coffee table,
