The roads to get anywhere are too rough & they really need to disclaim how hard it is to get to their property or any attraction. It's not only narrow roads but very badly maintained roads.
Diamond Beach was closed & we were not told
They did not have a restaurant.

We had pool side breakfast, manager made sure that we had such a unique experience. Really loved the good, villa ,pool, hospitality!!

The houses are amazing. Everything is well maintained.

great pool, amazing 3 bed villa, very spacious & clean, very quiet as it’s far away from busy places
the upstairs rooms A/C didn’t work very well so was hard to sleep, didn’t realise how isolated it was but that’s our own fault
