What should I call it? A European Fraud or A Robbery? The night of 18th, I had not place to stay. The Booking customer

Fully charged, Zero service! 6/18 23:00-I booked the room on Booking (charged me 154.44 euros). 6/18 23:02-The booking system confirmed. 6/18 23:03-The receptionist sent me a message saying they denied me to check in because it’s very late 6/18 23:12 -I arrived at the place and replied to the receptionist to cancel the reservation. 6/19 17:29 -the receptionist still didn’t reply and I sent request again. Meanwhile, I sent my request to the Booking Customer Service. 6/19 19:02 -the receptionist denied my request. 6/20 9:49 -the Booking customer service replied, saying they can’t refund me. What should I call it? A European Fraud or A Robbery? The night of 18th, I had not place to stay. The Booking customer service has never helped me solve any problems since I used it. As a global traveler, I am shocked by how they treats its guests. And from now, I’ll never trust Booking again.

Très bon séjour

L’appartement est très agréable. On a séjourné à 4. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L’emplacement est à proximité du lac et de la réserve du bout du lac. Il y a la Clim à la fois dans la chambre et le salon ce qui est très appréciable.

Je n’ai pas aimé le matelas trop mou à mémoire de forme de la chambre. C’est une question de goût. J’ai alors dormi sur le canapé lit qui est assez confortable. La table basse est encombrante quand on est à 4 dans le logement et le canapé lit déplié.

Rien.

Les propriétaires n'étaient absolument pas sympathiques. Le logement pas lumineux du tout. Enormément de vis-à-vis donc impossible de profiter du balcon. Pas de jardin: c'est mensonger, il s'agit juste du parking. Propreté à revoir.

Un magnifique séjour près d'Annecy

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté et le calme du lieu. Nous avons très bien dormi. Le contenu ( ustensiles, appareil raclette barbecue) sont à notre disposition et c'est super. Un appartement à conseiller si vous recherchez le calme à la montagne.

La pression de la douche ( alors souvent ce n'est pas de votre faute) mais moins pratique pour se laver les cheveux.
