Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this Gilded Age treasure boasts 14 rooms, each containing something special for everyone. The kids will love playing hide and seek in this massive maze of a home. Located close to downtown Erie in a safe and quiet neighborhood, a 10-minute drive to Presque Isle and a short walk to Federal Hill shops and boutiques. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVETNS. Premium memory foam mattresses, smart TV's in every bedroom, brand new appliances, video games for the kids, massive kitchen, double dining room, plenty of cookware and lots of extras!

The mansion was great! It met all of over expectations. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. They left snacks and drinks in the fridge for arrival. Chocolates and a bottle of wine, as well. They allowed early entrance as we were traveling in from multiple states for a funeral. Very quick responses from the host. The house was a bit drafty, but it was a major storm that was coming in. Wonderful place to stay! Will stay there again, if the need arises.

8 late-20's early 30's women very much enjoyed staying in the Streuber mansion for an extended weekend. We spent most of our time in the house making good food with fully supplied kitchen and enjoying the snacks that were provided by the host. We would stay again. Recommended for a larger group that wants to feel like they have taken a step back in time.

We had a large multi age group. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable. Bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold. The kitchen is amazing and has lots of pots, dishes and other accessories for cooking anything. Very comfortable stay.

The house was super cool. The owner was very hospitable. From walking into wine and chocolates left out from a local chocolates store (delicious btw) to little complimentary toiletries. Thank you.

Perfect place for my family to stay. Enjoyed going back in time with a modern amenities. Beautiful home and plenty of space. The host thoughtfulness and welcome gifts were greatly appreciated.

We had a great time in this big old house. Just like the listing says, hide a seek was a new challenge for the kids in this large space. We were in town for a family funeral and this house is large enough that my family, my brothers family and my parents were all able to stay together. Despite the amount of people in the house everyone had plenty of space to hang out together or find some alone time. Too many great things to say here so I'll cut it short but if you like old houses and history you won't be disappointed. Lastly, the property manager was very nice and handled everything that we needed. Couldn't be happier about the choice to stay in this house as a family.
