Nice rooms, well equipped and quiet.
I found the staff quite dismissive. I arrived and the two girls were at the check-in desk. And there were a couple of pants to check in but one didn’t work the one I tried. I asked the girls could they check me in and they said no, we can’t do that. You have to use the iPad. It just seemed ridiculous because they were sitting doing very little certainly not talking to customers and I was there trying to check in at a fail system finally they realised it wasn’t working and helped. Likewise when I said can I have a clean towel they said it was not possible and no one cleaned the room for five days. they also said you had to go down to the basement where the housekeeper cupboard was and get your own towel at 5:30 until 630. This again is ridiculous because a lot of us are working or maybe enjoying our holiday in the city. So all in all, I just think there’s a lack of customer service totally and it’s a shame because it’s a nice modern functional Apart hotel but it is let down by the customer service angle. Even if the Apart hotel is not designed to have housekeeping, at least there is a way of having towels, et cetera or someone kind to help behind the reception desk.

Was great stay, exceptionally clean, staff were friendly couple receptionist staff were happy, homely and very proffessional with excellent customer care. They made the stay beautiful... overal, its a place worth staying.

Very close to the metro station
Breakfast not included in price. Room cleaning only once in 5 days. Tea/coffee supply not replenished
