The lobby was clean, the bathroom was new and clean, the room looked generally clean and I loved how good the windows were at keeping noise out. It was a very quiet stay. The staff was lovely
I had the opportunity to stay in 3 different rooms and unfortunately there is a smell problem. First room.was bottom floor, smelled like food badly and the window couldn't be opened. The second room (which I asked to change once) smelled really bad too, I don't know if people have been smoking in these rooms or it's a very bad cleaning problem but it makes the stay unpleasant unfortunately.
The location is only good if you plan to take a taxi to where you're going because especially at night the trip from the metro is through an area I'd never want to walk alone through as a woman. Good spot if you're going to a conference at messe

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and everything about my stay was excellent and special. The facilities are great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall service is outstanding.
I would especially like to thank Minh, the receptionist. She is truly amazing, always helpful, friendly, and smiling. She is always ready to find solutions and goes above and beyond to assist guests. She is also excellent at giving advice, very quick-thinking, professional, and attentive.
Minh is a real asset to the hotel, and her exceptional attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!

The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location is good — only about a 10-minute walk from the metro
Some of the cutlery was dirty. There was no sponge or dish soap for washing the dishes. When taking a shower, the water keeps changing from cold to hot every few seconds, so it’s impossible to shower normally. Sometimes there’s a lot of water pressure, other times very little, and it keeps switching every 10 seconds. The room was also quite cold, and the heating didn’t work very well.
We stayed here 3 nights, no cleaning.
