Compact and easy to access to city center etc
We would need to also keep a cigarette ashtray outside… it doesn’t feel good to litter the place. I know we have an lobby in 1st floor but it would really make good value if you can keep an small dustbin atleast outside next to door

Location was ideal for me, right next to bus Station, underground, and shopping centre.
Very friendly staff, nice bar area. Great price
Room was a bit small, not the most comfiest bed, and quite dark in the room

location was good, especially nearest mall and ubahn station and etc. was easy to get into city center.
