It is a very nice clean Inn. The only thing I wished we'd had is a coffee maker in the room.

Another great stay at Lea County Inn! Great staff, great rooms, and comfortable beds.
I would advise you to put your do not disturb sign on your doorknob if you don't want to be woken up. I didn’t notice that there was one hanging in the closet and not on the inside doorknob, as most usually are, until we were walking out the door for check-out. I failed to put mine on, and housekeeping knocked twice in the morning; once at about 8 and then again at 10:30.
