Internet didn't work and AC the same. Very nice shower, clean. Price at Hotels.com was one, but at the property, was more. Overall isso worthy when you have longer flights and need a few hours rest.

Convenient for a long lay-over. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean rooms, and for LaTam connections, the check-in/baggage drop is literally right outside the door. Couldn’t be more convenient.

This property is located in the arrivals level of terminal two. The property is very convenient to get a few hours sleep between flights. I can also shower. The only problem is that there are no signs around the airport directing you to the property. To confuse matters if you try and find it via GPS it is here to another property with the same name which is outside the airport about six minute drive from the airport. nobody in the airport could tell me that this property existed. They need signage and better instructions on how to get to the property.

I made my reservartion more than 3 months earlier because I don’t like inconvenience facts,but this hotel doesn’t have any worries to send me any notice about the incomplete payment, and inform that my reservation is not completed…just notice me on the check in time when I arrived from abroad… It was very uncomfortable for me.

Convenient place to stay rather than leaving the airport when you just need sleep between long lay overs. Basic bed cubicle but that is all you need. Good value for money.

To have a place to rest while we wait for our next flight (15 hours) was truly a blessing! The convenience of staying at the airport, not having to face the heavy traffic, it’s unbeatable! The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. I recommend it!

Asked to change the room, to a double bedroom, but wasn’t possible according to the receptionist. I was willing to pay the difference. At night all the towels were in separate plastic bags, but in the morning was hanged on the wall, pretty confusing, to know if those towels were properly clean, especially with the current pandemic situation.

It was great that was one floor away from airport departure. If you're exhausted and in a hurry go for it. But just know the "rooms" and ridiculously tiny, there's literally no room for yourself and your suitcases. There are no windows, the AC was not working, and I sincerely doubt this place complies with fire safety regulations (I can't image how a bunch of people would be able to scape form such a tight space should a fire break out)

The hotel is very covenient, inside the airport and clean. The problem I have is with the price. They up-charged me with the excuse of currency exchange rate. What was agreed upon reservation on the internet was not what I paid. Bait and switch.

It is very conveniently located in the airport and two of our layovers were overnight in Sampa. So it was nice not to have to catch shuttle late and catch one back very early in the morning. The rooms are small which is fine but the beds were pretty short. I’m 6’2” and wall to wall was maybe 6’6” so my feet were on the wall and had an inch or two of space at the head.

Bed bugs ! The property had BED bugs. I was bit over ten times and my left food was almost swollen due to the bites !!! The walls are thing , bathrooms were always busy you could barely get in. Terrible

it is good for the proposal. Poor location indication at the airport. It was difficult to find. Room is really small but enough to rest. Everything is clean. Bathroom is okay.

Place is great for an overnight before a flight. Booking through Hotels.com allows for a full 24 hour booking. Booking directly via their site is restricted to 8 hours stay only. Rooms are small, but comfy. Bathrooms are shared and showers are cleaned after they are used. Place was very quiet.

After a flight cancelation until the next day as part of an international trip, we were thrilled to find this hotel in the airport. It was super easy to locate upon arrival in Sao Paolo and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cleaners made noise. Other guests made noise opening & closing doors. Hotel allowed guests to pack & unpack along corridors which added to the noise. Do NOT stay if you have option for a nearby hotel.

For a few hours sleep it works, was a great location for our layover. Walls are thin, you hear everyone coming/going so wear ear plugs. Only complaint was every shower was used and had to find someone to clean one at 4am. The bunk bed room in tiny like everyone says so if have more than two large suitcases could be interesting.

I had a flight come in at 7pm and my connection left at 6am the following morning. This was the perfect option to have a place to sleep. Unless you book the suite, the romms are small. But they were clean and the bathrooms as well. That is the priority for me at least. Friendly and helpful staff. Difficult to find depending where your flight arrives from. But you ask a couple of people in the airport and can find it. Terminal 2, now I know!

My wife and I were awoken at 23:00 by jackhammer demolition directly above our room. When I called reception, the woman said that she had already called the airport staff and the noise would stop shortly. After 15 minutes I left our room and asked her how much longer until the noise would stop; she replied “soon”. I returned to our room. After another 30 minutes I left the room to find a security guard to help stop the noise. He said that it was not his responsibility and I would have to speak to the hotel to request the noise to stop. The jackhammering continued until 01:00. We were unable to fall asleep after all of the commotion. It was the worst hotel/hostel experience our our lives.
