Space, cleanliness, accessibility
At some points the whole morning, there will be a strong sewage smell coming from the toilets. Informed the staff and was told it’s normal and they can’t do anytg about it.

The large sofa
The overall condition of the apartment feels quite dated and in need of maintenance.
One of the common bedrooms has no functioning power socket, making it impossible to charge electronic devices. The master bathroom also had a drainage issue, as the shower water would not drain properly, so we had to use the common bathroom for showering instead.
Basic shower gel and shampoo were provided, but there was no conditioner. In addition, neither bathroom had a shower rack or shelf, so toiletries had to be placed on the floor while showering, which was rather inconvenient.
Overall, the apartment gives a very minimalist impression. It provides the basic necessities, such as a bed to sleep in, but lacks the comfort, convenience, and attention to detail that would make the stay more enjoyable.
Considering we paid nearly $200 for just one night, we did not feel the accommodation offered good value for money. We understand that this is not a luxury property, but at this price point, we expected a better-maintained room and basic amenities to be in proper working condition. Our expectations were reasonable given the nightly rate, which is why the overall experience was somewhat disappointing.
