Everything about the property is brilliant clean spacious and relaxing, location is great central to beach and old town 20 mins walk and 25 mins walk to Puente Romano.
Just minor issues with perhaps the AC not working but it’s wasn’t overly hot perhaps we didn’t know how to make it work and just the WiFi signal wasn’t great as we couldn’t connect to it.

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos en este penthouse de Marbella una semana en agosto. Nuestra experiencia veraneando en esta zona nos dice que la ubicación es excelente: playa y buenos restaurantes a pocos minutos andando, el piso es muy amplio y la agencia atendió con fluidez.
Sin embargo, hay incidencias de mantenimiento a mejorar: estuvimos más de 24 horas sin agua caliente, varias persianas están estropeadas (reforma prevista para después del verano), y bañeras, griferías y enchufes muestran deterioro notable —preocupante en lo eléctrico si viajas con niños—. Las tuberías también desprenden olor.
