Great location for visiting Corfu Town. Beautifully fitted. Staying over weekend we found it noisy until 1am both nights.

Clean & comfortable studio apartment overlooking Liston Square, which is a good size for 2 people. It is nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and decent air conditioning. Great location in the heart of the old town. There are kitchen facilities and a washing machine, though we did not use them.
There are a few maintenance / safety issues that we noticed.
The bathroom is quite outdated, which has been noted by several other reviewers. This wouldn’t normally bother us as long as everything is functional but there are practical issues that need to be addressed.
The low-hanging chandelier in the bathroom is obstructive—my husband, at just over 6ft, had to be careful not to bang his head off it - it is really out of place in a bathroom. It is also not properly secured to the ceiling with several exposed wires.
The shower is a shower-over-bath, which is fine, except the mount for the shower head does not work properly so its impossible to mount the shower head high up on the wall. This poses problems when trying to wash hair in the shower.
The immersion needs to be switched on around 30 minutes in advance to provide enough hot water for two showers, and there is no hot water otherwise for washing hands / face, etc. This is mildly inconvenient, but the system may just be one of the limitations of an old building.
I noticed a review from over a year ago mentioning that the landlord had said the bathroom would be updated “soon”, but this obviously hasn’t happened.
The communal stairwell is also very dark and run-down, with a banister that feels unsafe and in need of repair.
There is the potential for this to be a super property, but these maintenance and safety issues really need to be addressed.

The location was amazing. The apartment was fabulous and so big. In the heart of the town. Stayed in this great place for 3 nights. Would definitely stay here again.
