Promptness of the agency to resolve the waste pipe issue, maintenance team were good
First impressions, the garden area is full of weeds and unkept
Double bed was too small for 2 people
Noisy upstairs’ resident, needs sound proofing as we had issues that the loud music could be heard on a number of days, we were devised by the maintenance crew that this is a regular occurrence. Additionally, the sound of their washing machine going full spin cycle at 11:20pm makes the corner of the property vibrate and is very loud.
Agency dismissive with our complaint about the noise issues.

We really liked the location, it was scenic, convenient & we enjoyed the local village store & cafes.
The property is very spacious, the kitchen is spectacular & very enjoyable to spend time in.
The beds are very comfortable
Check in could have been much easier with more information & photos. It took at least 20 mins & several phone calls to locate the back entrance to the property through the car park. Once you know it`s fine!
It was not pleasant to find ants on the kitchen surfaces, & crawling over the beds in the twin room.
It was disruptive when workmen arrived on 2 consecutive afternoons, particularly when dismantling scaffolding, & throwing it down outside the window. We were not informed the hot tub would not be available, I had been planning to use it, & would like to have had the option.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves crash into the bay was priceless. It felt off the beaten track. We loved how close it was to the beach and to the little shops too. The facilities meant we could cook for ourselves in the big kitchen. The washer/dryer was really handy. We loved it. Would highly recommend.
They could have put a couple of lamps in for soft lighting and also we struggled to find fire wood in the local shops so it would have been good if they left us a couple of logs and kindling. The only slight warning is on the gate - out dogs were fine but smaller dogs might be able to get through if they tend to wander.

Well equipped inside. Great location.
Outside was tired and messy with old/broken equipment lying around. Grass was cut during the stay - messy on arrival.
Upstairs occupants were noisy which affected our sleep.
