Loved the cleanliness of the property and how bright all the rooms were. Everything is new and staff was great at communicating.

The pictures are far far different from the actual. The website says 3 bedrooms 3 bath rooms. But the actual is 1 bath room. Bathroom is downgrade of the picture in the site. Fake.

There was easy wifi. And the kitchen with the fridge was nice. Place was clean and the rooms were a good size.

****BOOKER BEWARE****** Had multiple issues with this property. Arrived to check in and there was no one at the location or the business associated with the property, we were within the check in time. We called the phone number provided but no one answered multiple times, and no return call.. We had to flag down a neighbor to help us. The next day there was no running water in the unit. Guess this is a common occurance. We were a group of 6 with one bathroom and no running water. Made it very difficult to do our daily activities. When the property was contacted on both occasions there was no apology or effort to assist with the issues. The property was aware of the water issue before we were and they did not attempt to reach out and inform us there was no water. At the end of our stay I brought up my concerns with booking.com and the property. The property believed there was no issue or fault on their end. Booking.com has been wonderful in assisting me with my concerns with the property. Other issues... Very loud can here the other units and the road as if a door was open. The unit has no heat. There were very small blankets not suitable for the mountain cold, we had to wear coats to bed. The fireplace is not useable, they taped off the plug. Also they advertise that they have 3 bed 3 bathrooms but only one unit is like that and it is not clearly marked in their booking options

The Trail Bedz - Homestay was amazing! It was affordable, convenient, cozy, modern, spacious, stylish and comfortable. Highly recommendable hotel to stay in Baguio.

I didn't have a good sleep during my first night in the accommodation due to my bed sheets in my bedroom had I think a urine marks in it. I suggest that each room on departure should have the room deep cleaned and linen fully changed. The hotel staff was happy to change my bed sheets the next day.

Host never showed up to give us the key.

The perfect family getaway for us. It really feels like home staying at this place. My family enjoyed bonding at the terrace with amazing sunrise. Great location with free parking. Accessible by public transportation. Very close to most tourist spots. The owners were very nice and accommodating, seamless communication from booking until the end of our stay. The place is spotless, comfortable, well equipped with all necessities and excellent internet connections. Also appreciate the warm showers and that there is a laundry shop in the same building. Thank you Trail Bedz for our memorable stay.

The room smells urine and noisy as it's by the main road.
