We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors! NO Smoking of any kind NO Parties NO Confetti or anything taped to the walls. $100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.
