Location was great. View was nice over the highway, the back view of the pond / drainage field, not so much.
Check in process could have been smoother. Receiving the Rental contract the day we were traveling was rather stressful. It Could have been done in advance. The door lock ran out of batteries which meant we were standing at the front door in 95 degree heat for about an hour waiting on staff to come let us in to the condo. The condo was nice.

The location is great!
Our unit was furnished with everything we may have needed, even though we didn't use much of anything. We definitely made good use of the washer and dryer, though. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the touch-lamp. The bed my wife and I slept in was also comfortable and there was no shortage of extra blankets and pillows. As a bonus, the bed has reclining and massaging features.
We all loved having to only cross the street to access the beach. Plus, the area of the beach we were close to was never busy. So, it's great if you're not a fan of crowded beaches. Anything else we needed or wanted to do was, at most, about a 20 minute drive.
Being able to sit outside on the balcony that overlooks The Gulf of Mexico was so relaxing. I also got some great shots of seagulls and pelicans gracefully soaring nearby as well as plenty of boats and ships on the water.
I liked the security of the complex being a gated community. The area was always quiet after 10pm and everyone we met was very kind and helpful.
The host(s) were very responsive and accomodating and only contacted me with important informaton.
I highly recommend this location if you want to enjoy a nice quiet area with a great oceanic view.
There isn't much I can complain about other than the elevators were extremely hot and didn't appear to have any cooling options. I would hate for there to be a malfunction that could leave people stuck having to endure such extreme heat.
Other than that, I have no complaints.
