The host, Eva, is an incredible person with light in her eyes. Not only she makes excellent breafasts and is flexible with the times, but the room we stayed was decorated with local art in a most tastful manner. Excellent hot shower and a hamoc in the room! Excellent balcony in a nice setting just out of Huaraz. Just 2 soles to the city by collectivo, or 8-10 soles by taxi. It does involve a short distance walk of about400m to get to the place, but Eva will greet you at the main road and her son will carry all your laggege .
It is a relatively new place (established 3 years ago) and with only 4 rooms, you will get a personal touch. For example, we arrived after the Huaywaash trek at 1800 and Eva managed to wash our clothes, which were ready by 0900 the next morning, intime for the bus to Lima at 1100!
It is truly lovely place, worth every soles and unique in it's price category. HIGHLY recommended!!!

המקום מומלץ מכל בחינה, שווה לשהות כאן כל עוד המקום קטן (רק 4 חדרים) והיחס אישי ומעולה. המלצה חמה ביותר וללא כל הסתייגות. המקום ואווה פשוט 10!

Un lugar super tranquilo y acogedor, perfecto para conectar con la naturaleza. Los anfitriones muy serviciales y atentos y las vistas desde el alojamiento son muy bonitas.
Por las noches si hace un poco de frío y hay que caminar un poco desde la pista para llegar al alojamiento pero nada del otro mundo.

I don't even know where to start. I was staying in Huaraz at a beautiful air b n b but the city itself is LOUD, at all times, so I decided to look for something a tiny bit on the outskirts and I don't think I could have found anything better. The lodge is only 10 minutes outside of town and a 11 soles ride. Also, economically, it's a GREAT deal.
You can sit on your porch and do yoga, fall asleep to the sound of the rushing river and wake up to little sweet doggies when you walk down to breakfast.
Breakfast was a relaxing way to start the day and they also have a kitchen that you can utilize to make your own food which for me is great having a lot of allergies. Eva and her family are so kind and will help you take your luggage up to the lodge as it's a beautiful riverside walk. I felt very comfortable, safe and welcomed which is important but most of all it was QUIET. I prefer to be able to go into town as I please or go on my adventures and come back to a tranquil property. Thank you for hosting me.
