The property was in an ideal location for our one night stay. Communication by the owners was good throughout and they check in with us after arrival, to make sure everything was okay. The property was provided with more little extras than we have ever had previously including, milk, snacks, tea/coffee/hot chocolate/fruit teas, hand soaps, shower gel, and much more.
It was quiet at night and there was a quiet lane to exercise our little dog (who also had treats provided).
The shower cubicle didn’t have a door and so it was very difficult to get showered without wetting the floor. Everything else was excellent.

Very quaint and quirky.
Everything you need and more. Everything was very thoughtful, we loved the 'if you have forgotten anything'. Thankfully we hadn't. But a very nice touch
No door(nor curtain) on the shower cubicle.... water went everywhere

The owner was lovely and knocked on the door just after we arrived, as she lives next door, she petted our dog and told us about treats she had left for her.
Lovely bathroom and well stocked kitchen.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa was so tiny. It's a l9ng way from town i thought it was in Dereham but it is a drive away.
