Location, space (double room) and clean bathroom
Walls are thin so heard things from other rooms, and WiFi was a bit spotty so just make sure you have data :)

The property is located right in the centre of Paddington and at walkable distance from the train station (about 15 minutes of walk). So its very accessible and it is also located about 30-40 min walk from places you would love to visit like the buckigham palace, the hyde park, london eye , big ben.
The rooms are a bit too small but rest everything was good.
