We’ve visited Kefalonia 13 times and have never stayed in this area, although found it was close to a lot of our favourite restaurants (within 10 min drive). It’s also 20 minutes into Argosotli which is really convenient.
There are also a good few beautiful sandy beaches and bays very close-by (you could walk but a car is better in our opinion!).
The villa is on a gorgeous large plot with garden and terrace and was absolutely spotless! George was there to welcome us with fantastic recommendations and very generous stock of the fridge which was very useful for our first day or so.
We have a toddler and George went out of his way to ensure we could get into the villa in time for his lunchtime nap and set up a gorgeous cot with spare bedding, towels etc. We just found that not only was the villa ideal, there were thoughtful little touches which really made a difference.
The villa is very homely, with everything you could need stocked in the kitchen, a nice big built-in BBQ outside on the terrace, and the pool is perfect (no chlorine which is even better!).
Would definitely recommend and stay at Villa Ktima again.
Literally the only thing we can think of that would improve is if there was a dishwasher! But this is a real minor.

George, il proprietario, ci ha accolto in modo molto caloroso e gentile mostrando la casa e dandoci molti suggerimenti utili su Cefalonia. Inoltre essendo arrivati a tarda sera George è stato estremamente gentile nel farci trovare il latte fresco per nostra figlia di 2 anni oltre a frutta, acqua e succo d'arancia. La casa si trova in una posizione perfetta, tranquilla e la pista dell'aeroporto (che non si vede) non da alcun fastidio. La piscina è ottima per trascorrere i pigri pomeriggi d'estate mentre le spiagge sono a soli 5 minuti in automobile. La cucina è ben attrezzata, il letto è molto comodo e viene fatta una pulizia a metà settimana. Il giardino è grande e ben tenuto.
Il tempo passa troppo velocemente.....

George hat uns im Haus sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt sowie viele Tipps gegeben ! Der Kühlschrank war für den ersten Tag mit vielen Sachen gefüllt ! Besser geht nicht

The villa was beautifully clean, well equipped with everything thought of. The views are spectacular, so quiet you could hear the sea waves. The pool was perfect to cool off and plenty of seating areas in shade or sun. We liked how our host, George, looked after us without being intrusive. He left us wine and fruit and essentials in the fridge on our arrival. We are regular travelers to the Greek islands, but the location of this villa and the standard of food in the local tavernas makes it favorite. You will not be disappointed.... book it!
