It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I liked the simple modern decor. The bed was comfortable.
There is a busy road runs past the front of the building. Shutting the windows helps with the noise, but the bathroom window really needs to be left open for ventilation.
I messaged the owner (on booking.com and whatsapp) to ask if a late check-out was possible or if there was somewhere we could leave our bags, but never got a reply.

Cerca de la playa, cerca de los autobuses que llevan al centro, cerca de Mercadona y carrefour y de varios sitios para comer unos riquísimos espetos. Pero lo que más me gustó realmente es la calidad humana de la persona que nos la alquiló, nos surgió un problema grave derivado del accidente de tren ocurrido esa semana y le hicimos una solicitud por si no teníamos forma de regresar y nos ofreció quedarnos el tiempo que necesitáramos.
Está cerca de la carretera y se oye el tráfico pero las ventanas aislan perfectamente de los ruidos.

Perfekt läge med bra bussförbindelser och nära till stranden. Lugnt och avkopplande, med god grillmat på stranden. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd som kom med ett tjockt täcke samma dag när det blev kallare. Det var väldigt lugnt under hela vistelsen på två veckor. Jag hörde en hund skälla en kväll, men det slutade efter några minuter. Väldigt bra ljudisolering!
Det luktade konstigt på toaletten.

The appartment is located close to the beach in a lively neighbourhood.
We got access through door codes, which is practical and the host is responsive and helpful when issues occur.
The appartment was smaller than anticipated based on the pictures. It lies next to a very busy road. There is a terrace, but due to the noise it is not cosy to sit on. You also cannot leave the windows open due to traffic noise... (better to book the appartment without terrace as their bedroom is at the backside of the building)
Our airconditioning was not working properly, but this was fixed 24h after notification to the host.
Unfortunately each morning there was also a very bad smell coming from the bathroom (plumbing?) which the host could not fix (he even blamed it on the diapers of our baby which weren't even there...).
There are also only 3 knives available and limited storage and you cannot "close" the sink, so water is running constantly when doing the dishes.
