Nestled in Breezy Point, this attractive cabin for $798 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: This Beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is located on Pelican Lake's Cree Bay. Outside it has a large private dock, a canoe for your use, a wrap around porch with a screened-in room, firepit and grill. Inside you will find a well stocked kitchen, game room, fireplaces and Smart TV's. There are 9 beds which sleep 16 people. Pequot Lakes is just north of Brainerd and near Breezy Point. Ideally located for easy access to lake activities, golf and shopping, but a quiet, retreat-like feel. The Space: The perfect destination for a large group sharing a getaway! Venture 'Up North' with your group and enjoy family reunions or summer getaways in this roomy retreat with a luxury lodge-like feel. Cree Bay is a shallow bay full of wildlife. You would boat out to the main lake from there. Swimming beaches are a short boat or car trip away on Pelican lake. The bunkhouse is not equipped with a bathroom and no air conditioning unit. OUTDOOR LIVING: Private Dock with boat slip, fire pit, wrap-around deck, beach towels & a natural gas grill, canoe for your use. INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, gas & wood-burning fireplaces, game room w/ billiards, 8-person dining table, wet bar & darts. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, drip coffeemaker, breakfast bar, blender, cooking basic spices & a Crock-Pot. -- THE LOCATION -- PELICAN LAKE (): boating, swimming, kayaking, waterskiing, Breezy Point beach (3.9 miles), Breezy Belle Cruises (3.7 miles), Breezy Point Resort (4.0 miles). GOLFING: White Birch (4.1 miles), Breezy Point (3.8 miles), Deacon’s Lodge Golf (3.3 miles). FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Wildwedge Golf (7.7 miles), Nisswa Family Fun Waterpark (13.9 miles). Disclosure -Property does have Ring doorbell The Neighborhood: Come and enjoy the Breezy Point vacation area, golf, shop, bike, fish and dine! Other Things to Note: * All cancellations follow booking platform rules as outlined. Refunds do not include credit card processing fees, those are non-refundable. * For non-Airbnb bookings, final charges will include credit card processing fee. * This property allows a max of 2 dogs at a $50 fee per pet for the entire stay. * There are lots of games downstairs and a pool table, darts, wet bar & Smart TVs * Property does have Ring Doorbell system

Very nice home. Unique layout with outside entry to Bunk House. Those midnight runs to the bathroom in the house weren't too bad! Lots of amenities and attention to detail. We really would have loved to use the wood fireplace in the living room, but it was off limits. The kitchen was very well stocked. A big plus for me. The basement was large enough for our group to gather. We opened our Christmas presents there.

The property is one of a kind. Equipped with everything at your finger tips. Highly recommend this property to any large group needing space. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

Good location on quiet bay on Pelican Lake. Large lawn for games. Lily pads were interesting & not an issue while boating to the main lake. No swimming on property but it worked well to use our rented pontoon as a swimming platform at nearby Bird Island. Inside of house was clean, however the screen porch was nasty and was not used. Bunk house nice but we did not use due to small size of our group. Adequate supply of kitchen utensils, hand & dish soaps, toilet paper. Three kitchen outlets were dead. Property manager responded quickly when brought to his attention. Deck chair cushions have seen their better day. Fire pit was completely filled with ashes and junk so we did not use. Tree branches hanging 4 feet over driveway so only 30% could be used. Overall, our family enjoyed the property. This was our second year staying here.

This place was very spacious and beautiful with a nice layout. We had fun every day and enjoyed all kinds of water sports, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Randy P
