About this cabin rental
Located in Breezy Point, this lovely cabin for $214 per night is a great option for your next trip. LAKEFRONT & PRIVATE DOCK. This peaceful lake home is located in a calm bay minutes away from Breezy Point Resort with breathtaking sunrises and starry breezy nights. Warmer weather brings bonfires and pontoon cruises…winter snowfall gives every snowmobiler endless possibilities of the up north Minnesota trails. Being right on the shore of Pelican Lake will allow you to take a boat or icehouse out to fish, water ski, wakeboard/surf, cross-country ski, and even snowshoe across the lake. With two bedrooms, and a four-season porch with a sleeper sofa (and doors to close it off), there is plenty of privacy for couples or families. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 1-queen bed, 1-full bed, a 1-twin bed, 1-pull out full sleeper sofa, and 1-pull out queen sleeper sofa. If preferred, a queen air mattress is also available for guests. The cabin is comfortably furnished with updated appliances, including dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A flat screen TV, cable, and wireless, high-speed internet will keep you in the loop with the every-day. *DISCLOSURE* Due to the STR licensing regulations for the city location (Breezy Point, MN), the Four Season Porch is listed as the third bedroom. This allows the cabin to sleep up to 10 ppl. We list the property to sleep only 8, due to only having one bathroom/comfort-wise. **There is an extra charge of $25 per person per night, after 6 ppl ***The wood-burning fireplace is not operational at this time. Went up and stayed for the weekend for a bach party. The property was perfect. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable! It is in a great location...good restaurants, shops, hiking nearby. Thank you for opening your home to us!

I could live on that dock, sitting in the rocking chair bench, with the cool breeze, sun out and soaking in creation! The cabin interior was very clean and pleasing. Near lots of things to do. The Host was very attentive and always responded in a timely fashion. Great stay!

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is cozy, great for entertaining, and close to golf and other local attractions. The 4 season porch is the perfect place for morning coffee. And dock is perfect for an evening glass of wine.

The cabin was very clean and updated. All aspects of the house worked well. The pull out couch in the sun room addition was quite comfortable. Communication was great.
The dock area is quite weedy so no swimming off the dock but was still able to get our 19’ boat into the dock through the path in the lily pads. Worked very well for a nice bonfire. Would stay again

Overall, the home was on a beautiful lake. Our kids loved fishing for small fish off the dock and playing in the little bit of sand at the shore line. There was enough space in the cabin that your family of five did not feel cramped.
However, the cleanliness did not meet our families needs and expectations. We picked this home because the description said NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed. There was a container for cigarette butts outside the front door which would indicate that people are allowed to smoke, just not inside. This might not be a big deal for many people, but for some with asthma it still was an issue we struggled with during our stay.
In addition, my husband's and child's allergies we out of control when we were in the home. We tired to clean and noticed that the underside of the couch cushions (and inside the couch) had not been cleaned in some time. There was pet hair (dog or cat) all over them. Again. This was not what the description indicated, and might not be a deal to people with out allergies, but it was not as advertised.
I debated writing this review because all the others are so positive, but for other families with several allergies and asthma, I think this is important to know before booking. We ended up going home early because my husband did not feel well the entire time we were there.

Overall very nice place to stay. We would return for sure. Only negative feedback is the cabin is on a somewhat busy road and we trailed a boat up to the cabin and not the easiest to get into. It was also very easy to book and communicate with the owners.

Our group of friends stayed at this cabin. The cabin was more than expected and very clean. We spent a lot of time on Pelican Lake and had a great time. We hope to do this again next year.

This cabin was perfect for our 4 person family, but could easily suit 6 people. It was cute and clean and had everything you would need. The dock and yard were very relaxing. We had so much fun in the surrounding areas as well (Nisswa, Baxter, Pequot Lakes). Pelican lake was large and very clean. It was a great time for all!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the lake and area. Our adult son brought his fishing boat and kept it at the dock all weekend which worked out great. The cabin was very clean and decorated very cute! The pictures on the VRBO site matched the cabin. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals.The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the thermostat which she quickly resolved. The only thing I would recommend is a ceiling fan or box fan for the bedroom with the 2 beds. The other bedroom, living room and four season porch all have ceiling fans, so kept things cool. As mentioned in other reviews, the cabin is on a busier road, but that certainly wouldn't deter me from renting again. I would highly recommend this cabin!

The property is great. A few things to note: bring your own pillow and a fan (both are personal preference so not a reflection on the property). There is just a Kuerig which might be noted and I missed just come prepared (though thankfully there were some pods at the cabin).
Also it’s very shallow at the dock and randomly throughout the lake, we had done our research and knew this but found it more difficult than we expected.
The beaver family next to the dock were fun to watch!

Hours after checking into property one of our family members took a shower. A sickening rotten egg smell was coming from the well water supply. And there eyes were stinging too. I grew up on a farm with well water smelling issues myself. Knowing there is no quick fix to this problem and being over 300 miles from home with my family, I found a different place that cost me over $500 per night.Not an easy decision but I was trying to salvage my wife,daughter,son-in-law and my grand boys Winter Family Vacation,one I had planned for months. With a maintenance schedule any well water smell is controlled.I guess we fell into that time period of this well not being maintained. We had to stay one night. I rented the house for four days. And in a text on VRBO site,after the shower the owner/host admitted. WELL WATER SMELLS. The owner/host is denying any wrongdoing and will not return any of our three days we didn’t stay there back to us! Sad story, Negative ending. I tried numerous times to remedy this situation with no success. ALL 6 OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS WORK NOT USE THE SHOWER.

This was the perfect place for our winter girls weekend. The location was great and the view of the lake was beautiful. Wish we could have used the wood fire place but we knew it was not operational when we booked our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the cabin relaxing. It is clean and well equipped. The 4 season room provides a lovely view of the lake. The check-in and checkout process was extremely easy.

We had such a great time! Plenty of room for the four of us, and just about everything we might have needed. Jaime made sure we knew everything we needed to know. We loved the yard with the little sandy beach and the dock. The only negative was it’s on a busy-ish road. It was a wonderful little trip from the cities for a fall weekend.

This beautiful, clean, well-maintained property provided a perfect lake vacation. Jaime answered all questions very quickly, and he did an excellent job providing information about the property, as well as many things to do in the area. We definitely would like to rent this property again and will recommend it to friends & family.

Great property! The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Well stocked with all of the essentials. We also rented a pontoon boat for the week and had it docked at the cabin. It's a little weedy getting to the dock from the bay, but no issues getting the boat to the dock. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice!
I wish we could have actually spent some time on the property but were mainly there for a competition in Baxter. I would have loved sipping coffee in the four seasons porch and watching the kids outside. It was clean and very comfortable. Jaime was awesome at communicating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin
We stayed here with our teenagers and had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for all of us. It is a mile away from Breezy Point. We also hiked to the top of the Pequot Lake lookout tower. I would recommend this property. Also Jaime was great, answered any questions I had, very responsive.

Great Breezy point location
The location of this Vrbo is very convenient for short trips to golf at Breezy Point and Pequot Lakes and Nisswa for lunch or dinner. We also grilled two nights at the house which is stocked with kitchen necessities. Nice place for a northern MN visit.
