The hotel was positive in accommodating my request to change the pillow as I was allergic to the feathers there.
Very load as you are above a restaurant and bar in the city center. Also the staff was doing a party inside till 1pm, so it was impossible to sleep.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is quite expensive and asking 12,5% service charge for nothing, even you take the wine glasses from the bar by yourself.
No cleaning of the room in two days, so survival mode is on.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is just a short walk from Seti Square, making it perfect for anyone participating in the Mestia Ultra or exploring the town. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and the mountain views are beautiful. Once we were finally moved to the room we had originally booked, it was exactly what we expected, and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. The location alone was the main reason we decided to stay for the full five nights instead of moving to another hotel.
Unfortunately, our stay started on a very disappointing note. Despite booking a mountain-view room with a balcony for five nights, we were initially given a completely different room that lacked the amenities we had reserved. It was also missing basic items such as a hair dryer and an electric kettle.
Although we raised the issue immediately, it took two full days before we were finally transferred to the room we had booked. During that time, we had to repeatedly explain the situation to different staff members, which was both exhausting and frustrating after a 10-hour drive from Tbilisi following an overnight flight.
This trip was particularly special because we were celebrating my sister's 40th birthday while participating in the Mestia Ultra Trail Race, so the unnecessary stress at the beginning of our holiday almost overshadowed the experience.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but we expected a quicker and more efficient resolution, especially for a five-night stay.
Overall, the location is excellent, but we hope the hotel improves its customer service and ensures that guests receive the room they have booked from the very beginning.

Ontbijt is er beperkt en niet veel keuze, personeel is zo goed als niet te bekennen ook is de receptie niet langer als 2 min bemand geweest tijdens ons verblijf
