The location is great, and the sea view is stunning. The beach is just in front of you, and the Via Verde is right behind the house. The room is nice, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The coffee machine in the lobby is quite good. Lots of maps and discount coupons for some restaurants.
1) Don't trust Google to find the place. The entrance is just behind the bus stop - an iron gate to the left of The Fuse cafe.
2) You won't get a decent breakfast in the neighbourhood, and you won't get a decent dinner before 19:30. However, the arrosticini at Fernando's or D'Ottavio's (at the seaside to the left) are quite good :-)
3) The room doesn't have a knife or a corkscrew.
4) Not within walking distance either to the train station or to the old town/bus station. You have to take a local bus #1 or #4 for that (runs every half hour).

Calorosa accoglienza del signor Roberto che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa dandoci tutti i consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno compresa la possibilità di riservarci un tavolo al trabocco Trave esperienza che desideravamo fare e che non ha deluso le aspettative. Stanza ampia dotata di tutti i comfort (compreso un utile piccolo angolo cottura) con vista mare. Pulizia impeccabile e arredamento molto curato nei minimi dettagli.

Great little room in a funky building, that is a bit hard to find . Great owner. Super friendly.
