Garni Hotel Max

Sylvia (I believe) was great introducing us to the property and the surrounding areas. The rooms were expertly designed with great noise isolation, comfortable bed, and a great location to take in the crisp mountain air. Sylvia was very courteous to let us park our car at the property while we hiked even after check out. We also had a great conversation with her mother. Lovely experience overall that felt like home.

We had a fantastic stay at Garni Hotel Max. Sylvia and her mom welcomed us with such warmth and sincerity, they were the highlights of our stay in Santa Cristina. Sylvia gave us amazing recommendations for things to do in the area and we were so glad we did them. Sylvia also shows her care in how she prepares a wonderful dining experience for breakfast. The space was also immaculately clean, spacious, and yet cozy and comfortable, we felt right at home. The location was perfect, steps away from the bus stop, grocery stores, restaurants, and the mountain views were beautiful. It was the perfect base for all the hikes and sites we wanted to visit. Parking was no problem. The very strong wifi was also the cherry on top. If you are looking for the most wonderful place to stay in Santa Cristina and enjoy Val Gardena, look no further! Would recommend to friends and family over and over again.

Everything. Nice room and view. Silvia the host has an incredible sense of hospitality service and detail. The breakfast is amazing and many things are homemade.
