Excellent location next to the airport and very good facilities. The staff are attentive and friendly, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to Hanoi Airport, it took us around 15 minutes to get there by car. It was very convenient . The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, he helped us book a car to Sapa and sent someone to pick us up from the airport.
The room needs a little more work and cleaning.

The single bed room was nice and comfy.
I booked the 6th bed dormitory and when i arrive at the hotel and check in i was shockwhen there was no privacy curtains on each bed. Boys and girls are mixed together. So i booked the single bed room because i was not comfortable with it. Other hotels have consideration to separate boys and girls.
