The house was very spacious with a big terrace and all the rooms had air conditioning which was great considering the hot weather. The house was close to Melissani and Sami. The place was very quiet so you can get good rest during the night.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e di notte molto tranquillo. Il proprietario è molto gentile.
Mobilio e parte degli elettrodomestici sono antiquati: l’aria condizionata nelle camere è rumorosa, la piccolissima lavastoviglie non funziona.
Abbiamo affittato l’appartamento per la foto con la vista dal balcone. Peccato che giusto davanti alla casa ci fosse un cantiere con relativo cumulo di macerie. In agosto il cantiere era fermo ma il 4 settembre hanno
Iniziato a martellare il mattino prima delle 8 e anche di sabato. Il balcone è poco utilizzabile se non all’alba o dopo il tramonto in quanto privo di qualsiasi protezione solare: non c’è né una tenda né un ombrellone, in agosto faceva troppo caldo e a settembre c’era il cantiere. Tutto sommato un’esperienza deludente.

Прекрасное местоположение, шикарный вид на море с просторного балкона. Описание соответствует реальности, все перечисленная техника в наличии и исправна. Просторные, уютные апартаменты. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Удобно наличие полноценной кухни и стиральной машины, активно использовали. Очень приветливый хозяин, апартаменты находятся на 2 этаже, он живет на первом. Обращались за помощью, никогда не отказал, очень активно помогал.
Реальных прямо минусов для нас нет. К минусам можно отнести отсутствие в пешей доступности магазина. Но если вы на машине, это вовсе не проблема.

The house was magnificent and huge, we had a wonderful time. Our host was very helpful.
There were no shower curtains so it was hard to enjoy the shower.
