An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Annecy! Our group of five American women (ranging in age from 40 to 60) had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The apartment manages to combine historical charm with modern luxury. Given its incredible Old Town location and the stunning architectural history of the building (including a turret!), we were thrilled by how modern and well-appointed the interior was.The hosts thought of everything, providing comforts like, a washing machine, hair dryers, and fans in every room. The layout is perfect for a larger group: the lower level features two bedrooms with large beds and ample closet space, plus two separate shower rooms with double sinks and two separate half-baths. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms (one with a large bed and AC, and one with two twin beds). Just be mindful of the low, sloped ceilings, exposed beams, and transitional steps on the upper floor.A quick note on accessibility: The entrance opens to a daunting four-flight climb up an ancient, spiraling stone staircase with no elevator. If you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this won’t be the right fit. However, if you are able and willing, the incredible location and beautiful split-level apartment are more than worth the effort!A huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff (Meggy) and the owners for their incredible hospitality. The personal note and bottle of wine upon arrival were lovely touches. Thank you for a beautiful, fantastic stay in Annecy!

This apartment was very conveniently-located in town. Our family of five (kids age 15, 20, 22) all had plenty of space. Be prepared for the winding stone staircase up to the apartment. It's several floors up. I would not recommend young children staying in the upstairs bedrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect, merely steps from the center of the old village. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed, comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and a common area for playing cards or having leisurely coffee or drinks at the end of the day. We’d love to come back here.
