It’s situated on an island only accessible via bridge/drawbridge, resting between the intracoastal and the great Atlantic. Take 20 steps (I’ve literally counted) and you’ll find yourself embraced by the roaring sound of the tide’s eternal movements. This spacious and comfortable one-level studio is decorated with everything you require for a perfect vacation by the sea, equipped with all the essentials needed for a simple, carefree vacation. PARK FOR FREE, ascend the patio and waltz into our quaint studio. You’ll find two snug full-size bed, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials to stay sanitary. We supply an umbrella and chairs so you don’t need to pay fees at the beach. Enjoy our Barbecue space while you relax beneath the stars or sunshine. Walk to Tiki Tiki for dinner or take a short drive down the road to Le Tub for a water-side burger. Amongst various walkable marinas rent catermerangs, jet skis, sail boats, scooters and much more. Ride 35 minutes down Ocean Drive to South Beach. Fort Lauderdale and its famous Las Olas strip is 15 minutes away. Take a 17 minute drive and you’ll reach Fort Lauderdale Beach known for its nightlife. Our stay was great! Great walking distance to the beach, nice pool, great response from the hosts. Only 1 comment is that our room only had 1 bath towel. We were traveling by air and then boarding a cruise so we didn’t pack any towels. We did ask the host and they didn’t have anymore to give us. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Sheets and covers were dirty, we were promised clean ones the next day but never received them, bathroom shower didn’t work properly, the water was either too hot or too cold couldn’t even shower properly! First and last time at this place!

Everything was fine. Very close to the beach. The property could use some new doors and freshening up. But no complaints

It was the best location to all the College's we toured and a 3 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the boat dock. The sound of the waves and wind chimes were so relaxing and our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

I've been using this site for 10+ years and have never had such a horrible experience. The property was not described correctly AT ALL. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, it was supposed to have a full kitchen and a gas grill for usage. The grill is a rusted out old charcoal grill, and there was only a kitchenette (listing stateed oven and stove) the couch and chairs in the photos are all broken and disgusting, my daughter and I did not feel safe here at all and when I called to speak to someone about the issues I was told "that is the room you booked, so you'll have to deal with it". The area is sketchy, we even had a bunch of police cars visit us... There is no smoking on the property (even outside) yet you smell pot smoke all the time, and there was nobody who would even try to help by maybe changing my room (to the one with the pictures of the full kitchen - if that even exists) or even offering to deal with some of the issues. I would not recommend this place, and we will never go back.
