The house is as shown in the pictures, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are big and water pressure is good. Very nice outdoor verandah (the rattan furniture and hammock chair just need cushions to be more comfortable). We easily found free parking on the street.
The house is on the second floor with no lift. The front staircase has a handrail only part of the way up, so we had to stay close to my elderly parents when they used it. This should be stated in the listing or shown in the photos. The back staircase is a spiral with narrow steps.
In the kitchen the cooking utensils, pots, etc are lacking so we ate out. For a longer stay or people who like to cook at home, this might be an issue. There was no ice in the freezer and no ice trays.
The key hand-over at check-in was clunky. We were given an address to collect the key which turned out to be an apartment complex and we didn't know which flat to ring. A neighbour saw us standing outside and directed us to a business next door. We were told we were supposed to call when we got there. I would suggest a lock box and the code sent to the guests an hour before checkin (not everyone has connectivity when they arrive at the door). This would be a more seamless experience for the guests.

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. Άνετα και καθαρά όλα τα δωμάτια! Εύκολο παρκάρισμα στον δρόμο γύρω από το σπίτι, αλλά σε εξωτερικό χώρο.
Στην περιγραφή έγραφε ότι έχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, αλλά μας ενημέρωσαν ότι ήταν για το διαμέρισμα του ισογείου αυτή η παροχή. Επίσης, το πλυντήριο είναι κοινόχρηστο (για το σπίτι αυτό και το διαμέρισμα του ισογείου) και δεν είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Βρίσκεται στην ταράτσα του σπιτιού που μπορείς να πας από μια απότομη εξωτερική σκάλα (ειδικά στο να κατέβεις). Αυτό μας δυσκόλεψε ιδιαίτερα στην καθημερινή χρήση του πλυντηρίου, μιας και ήμασταν 2 οικογένειες με παιδιά και το χρειαζόμασταν 1-2 φορές την ημέρα.
