Property was very spacious, rooms were large as were the two full bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfortable and main areas of the house were clean. House had major appliances like washer,dryer and dishwasher. Also enough small appliances like two different kinds of coffee machines, toaster and air fryer. There also beach towels and beach umbrellas. Owner is very responsive to your inquiries and kept communication open and easy.
Property more specifically kitchen and outdoor bbq area are in need of major repairs. Owner was contacted and said those will be addressed in the winter during his stay. There’s a need to reorganize kitchen cabinets. Specifically one above the dryer it was a mess. Everything was thrown in there hard to know what’s inside. We couldn’t find a broom either, just the wooden handle.
Third floor that feels like a 4th and no elevator. Personally I was fine but unfortunately had a relative that can’t do this many stairs and was unable to visit. It is stated in the description. Lastly you need a car to go to the beach and go downtown or you’ll be walking miles everyday.

I stayed at the apartment for more than two weeks with my kids, and we felt very much at home from the start. The apartment is big, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything one could hope for, including board games, spices, even a liter of milk to welcome us! Very thoughtful from the host, who wasn't there in person, but super easy to communicate to. Would go back in a blink of an eye.
I was afraid the apartment would be noisy due to its location surrounded by other buildings, but it was fine. Nice neighbourhood. Just be careful what you leave outside to dry on the balcony as seagulls might poop on it. :)

The location is awesome. Close to the grocery and several local restaurants. Perfectly situated between the Old Town and the beautiful boardwalks. The huge kitchen was an added bonus
The stairs to the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) is a lot. But totally worth it to us.
