We had a very good stay overall. The villa was cosy, clean, and spacious for our family trip. We travelled with a child, and the pool felt safe with supervision. The rooms were very clean. The location was convenient, only about a 10-minute Grab ride to the city, with massage places nearby. Brian was an excellent host, responsive and accommodating with payment arrangements. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great value.
Do note that payment is best prepared in cash, so it helps to plan ahead. We didn’t get the chance to visit the nearby beach, but it appeared to be a short drive away.

Host is very polite and nice guy. Neighbourhood is very friendly.
Karaoke shop next door and noisy. Home is not noise proof. Stairs are made with smooth marble and it’s not safe for babies and elderly. Internal floor tiles are actually wall tiles very slippery.
