One night for the price of two.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and in a good location.

The security code access failed and we got locked out of the apartment - the owner (Rocco) could not be contacted until check out time the next day when he made an excuse about having a problem with his phone. Our belongings were locked in the apartment and we had to book a local hotel for the night. We missed lunch and dinner bookings, incurred costs, and had to spend hours talking to the local tourist support and police. Rocco eventually turned at check out time to let us into the apartment - carrying two phones. We were lucky to get a refund from Booking.com, but the experience ruined our stay in Ostuni. Nice apartment, terrible host.

Excellent property, very good location

The property is very good, spacious and well fit. The location is very good, only 10 min walking distance from the historic center. There is a supermarket 10 min walking distance as well. There are several streets with free parking very close to the property, so that we never had to pay for parking. The bedroom is spacious, the bed is large and very comfortable and the pillows were good quality. The suite has 2 bathrooms, very helpful and appreciated. The underground jacuzzi is high quality and it provides the additional relaxation. For a nice touch, the owner left us a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge.
