The area has parking space safe with gate and its so clean
Probably just the check in time, as a hotelier myself we usually just offer the room once its available despite the standard check in time of 3:00 PM this could help in having guests from early flight be able to settle in and change. I understand that certain policies are put in place for guidance but as part of making the best possible experience having to be provided with the room and hour or 2 earlier than what’s expected means a lot. Check out is 11:00 AM and Check In is by 3:00 PM. Hopefully check in time would become flexible in the future provided that it is still subject to room availability

Best for simple, budget stay. There's not a lot of amenities. Just plain simple and comfortable room to rest. Best for travelers looking for budget hotels. Place is very clean and plenty of room for parking.
It's very near to the bustling General Luna strip, easy access to restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.
Bath towels were kind of worn out. Just replace them with comfortable new towels. There was no fridge in the room. There is common kitchen but not a lot of appliances available to use.

Lovely staff and a great location - in easy walking distance of loads or restaurants, bars etc but not loud. Also very clean.
The airconditioners are pretty noisy but OK with earplugs.

The property was very clean.
The staff were nice at check in but not overly helpful. The room was very small and not as described, no pool or other facilities to offer. The shower was cold. Never offered any excursions or to help with trips.
