The property was easy to locate (thanks to good instructions from host,) and with the passcode provided by our host, entry was effortless. The place was clean, well-kept, and cleverly furnished to make excellent use of the space. Bathroom was well supplied with towels and linens, soap and shampoo. There were plenty of hangars for clothes, and the place was even stocked with some goodies for guests to enjoy. Bed was very comfortable, and on a scale where very soft=0 and very firm=10, we'd rate it about a 7 on firmness (perfect for us); couch was also comfortable; the kitchen is well-equipped with glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, stove, a microwave, and a good-size fridge. A small but practical dining space for two is provided as well. Although we couldn't seem to master all the buttons to control the AC system, it kept us comfortable and was not really an issue. Shower works well and provides hot water quickly, if desired. Wifi worked fine. The apartment is on the ground floor within a closed-door corridor (badged access during night hours,) which saved us any waiting for elevators, and made accessing the lobby to get to the pool or exit the building quick and easy. The location is very convenient walking distance to multiple malls (Mall of Asia, MET Live, and Double Dragon,) several good restaurant options, and there two good grocery stores and a mini market all within a radius of one and a half city blocks. Communication from the host was very responsive. We highly recommend this place for any stay in Pasay City!!
