About this house rental
This beautiful 3 bedroom suite features 1 full-private bathroom, one half bathroom, and a game room. You will have the whole upstairs to yourselves. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Katy, TX. We have high-speed internet. You will enjoy free wifi and free parking. Essentials such as towels, soap, shampoo, are included in your stay. You will have a microwave, a mini-fridge and a kerig coffee machine, as well as a 55" TV with, Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. Relax and enjoy your private upstairs suite. The 3 bedrooms have 4 queen beds and an extra queen air mattress if requested. We also have a 3/4 mile running trail just behind our house. We are located just 5 minutes from shopping such as Walmart, HEB (groceries) and about 10 min from Katy Mills Mall, and Typhoon Texas Waterpark. We are also just a short drive from Houston, where you can explore the NRG Stadium, the Houston Zoo, the Natural History Museum, George R Brown Convention Center and all that Houston has to offer. We are also about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Galveston if you feel like exploring the beach.
We live downstairs, so we will be able to help with any concerns you may have during your stay. We have a very friendly 9 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. We also have 1 dogs which stay outside or in our downstairs bedroom, and 2 cats, which stay outside.

I have never stayed in a house share before so I did not know what to expect. The upstairs was very spacious and clean. The family living downstairs were very nice and accommodating. Their sweet daughter made us an origami crane, which I put on my desk at work.

Guest need to have a more pronounced announcement regarding shared space: 1. as first time guests, it requires an adjustment (.) 2. after the adjustment it was a wonderful experience 3. the family was very accommodating 4. the beds were super comfortable 5. more pronounced information regarding owner’s pets in the event a guest might have allergies or fear of animals and 6. manage the defroster in the little refrigerator. Given those considerations, we would recommend this venue for guests who are comfortable with shared space.
